At Resiglow, we specialize in handcrafted religious products. Due to the sacred and customized nature of our items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All products sold on https://resiglow.com/ are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Delay in delivery
- Minor variations in color, design, or appearance
2. Exception – Wrong or Damaged Product
We only accept claims if you receive:
- A wrong product, or
- A damaged product
3. Mandatory Proof (No Proof = No Claim)
To raise a valid claim, you must:
- Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video
- The video must show:
- Sealed package before opening
- Opening process
- Product clearly visible
⚠️ Without proper unboxing video proof, your claim will be automatically rejected.
4. How to Raise a Claim
If you receive a wrong or damaged product:
- Email us within 24 hours of delivery
- Send details to: resiglowart@gmail.com
Include:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos of the product
5. Resolution Process
After verification:
- If your claim is valid → we will provide replacement only
- No monetary refund will be issued
6. No Return Shipping
Customers are not required to return the product unless explicitly instructed by our team.
7. Rejection Conditions
Your claim will be rejected if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Complaint is raised after 24 hours
- Product is used, damaged by customer, or altered
- Issue is due to subjective expectations (color, size, look)
8. Important Note
Due to the handmade and religious nature of our products:
- Slight variations are natural and not defects
- All sales are considered final
