Shipping policy

At Resiglow, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days across India
  • Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days

⚠️ These are estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders/locations
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Confirm orders via call/WhatsApp before shipping
    • Cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders

⚠️ Repeated fake or refused COD orders may result in blocking future purchases.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect

6. Delays in Delivery

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Incorrect address provided

Resiglow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist in tracking your order.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
    • Re-shipping charges may apply
    • Order may be canceled without refund (especially for prepaid shipping fees)

8. Refused or Undelivered COD Orders

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
  • Future COD orders may be restricted or blocked

9. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package appears damaged:

  • Record a video while opening the package
  • Follow our Return & Replacement Policy
  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted
